Paver with hydraulic telescopic heavy duty mangle

Transmission system: it is composed of mechanical part and hydraulic part.
Mechanical transmission includes transfer case,gear box, and rear axle.
Hydraulic transmission includes two hydraulic gear pumps.
Scraper feeder: two sets of scrapers and four chains compose of transmission device, working separately or simultaneously.
Screw distributor: it is driven by two hydraulic motor or either.
Adjusted arc mechanism: it is double adjusted arc mechanism, located in between right and left screed box. It is designed by road surface demand.
Operating system: it inlcudes mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical part.

   1. Equipped with hydraulic telescopic heavy duty mangle, max. paving width is7.5m;
   2. Vibrating and tamping devices are directly hydraulically driven and free from belt drive defects, tamping frequency and vibrating frequency are stepless adjustable;
   3. Rolling bearings are originally imported, imported highly wear resistant steel bottom plate with high reliability and long service life;
   4. Lubrication of vibrating and tamping bearings is centralized lubrication, convenient for daily maintenance of mangle;
   5. Height of extending section of mangle is mechanically adjustable, convenient for adjusting overlap with main section to keep paving surface level;
   6. Stock guide easy to be mounted and dismounted which can prevent materials from piling in front of extending section effectively to keep materials within paving range equal;
   7. Optimum matching of tamper angle, speed and amplitude of vibration can further improve degree of compaction of paving materials;
   8. Heat with propane gas or fuel, adopting fully new screed temperature monitoring and electronic ignition system.
